Formación

• 7+ years in Contract Management, SOW, Professional Services, or IT Services operations.
• Experience in Managed Services for PCs, OEM environments, or reseller organizations.
• Proven ability to design cost-effective service solutions in global environments.

• Collaborate with teams to design service solutions within DaaS and Managed Service models.
• Create solutions that integrate logistics, deployment, and financial flows.
