An international non-profit organization is seeking an Operational Manager to lead key processes and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree, be fluent in English (C1), and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Responsibilities include optimizing operational performance, conducting assessments, and implementing best practices in a global context. Formación

• Master’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance or similar is required.
• Advanced English level (C1) is mandatory.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Agile methodologies is essential.
• Proven experience with digital transformation in operational contexts is critical.
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Tableau) is necessary.

• Act as global process keeper for key operational processes to ensure alignment with standards.
• Mentor and lead high-impact cross-functional teams globally.
• Champion continuous improvement projects to optimize operational performance.
• Develop and manage a KPI system to measure operational effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive Operational Maturity Assessments across various locations.
• Lead the community of Operational Excellence practitioners globally.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capability across teams.
• Implement operational excellence frameworks tailored to regional needs.
• Champion technological innovations to enhance efficiency.
