Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiar with accounting tools.

Senior Bookkeeper

As a key member of our financial operations team, you will have the opportunity to work on elite projects and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.

Your role will involve full-cycle accounting, including AR / AP, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close.

Key Responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls for new clients and manage their transition from chaos to clean books
• Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and workflows that streamline onboarding
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes, client experience, and capacity planning
• Handle full-cycle accounting including AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close
• Work inside QuickBooks, Gusto, Ramp, Stripe, and other core tools
• Lead cleanups and onboardings while reviewing junior team outputs for accuracy
• Escalate blockers early and communicate clearly via Slack and email
• Mentor junior bookkeepers and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal standards
• Help us track capacity and flag when onboarding needs to pause, slow down, or speed up
• Full-cycle accounting experience
• Fluency in QuickBooks and the core stack
• Ability to lead onboarding or cleanup projects and drive clarity from day one
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Impeccable English written and spoken communication skills
• Comfortable working EST hours (9–5 preferred, 7–3 OK)
