Your Tasks

• Ensure transparency in the plant’s financial performance by managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide guidance to increase revenue and reduce costs, while communicating potential risks.
• Guarantee compliance with annual financial objectives.
• Oversee cost allocation and control, directing the development of COM.
• Ensure accurate calculation of ICP within ABP and periodic updates in IIM.
• Make strategic decisions on resource allocation to maximize efficiency and avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial plans.
• Maintain speed and accuracy in invoicing and customer payments.
• Serve as the primary contact and responsible party for Compliance cases at the plant.
• Lead decision-making on investment and financing matters.
• Manage financial oversight, control, and analysis across the organization.
• Take responsibility for financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Finance Manager in a multinational company.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and financial regulations.
• Strong background in financial management strategies.
• Proven experience as a people manager.
• Experience working with labor unions.

The Finance Manager is responsible of execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring its transparency and stability through cash management, oversight of credits and liabilities, direction and control of budgetary, tax, and customs planning. Ensure proper accounting and cost allocation. Physical control of inventories and their valuation.
