Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter with success in recruiting for automotive positions. This role is fully remote, but the candidate must live in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish. and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Must live in Mexico.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
  • Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges
