Formación

  • Previous experience in an enterprise-level support environment.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL Foundation certification desired.
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on operational needs.
  • Understanding of network topologies to support back-end infrastructure.
  • Flexibility in working and adapting to changes.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for IT hardware and software related incidents.
  • Document resolved incidents in ServiceNow ITSM system.
  • Install and configure end-users’ assigned IT hardware.
  • Ensure timely communication of incidents and requests.
  • Build, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile devices.
