As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Payments domain in our technology organization. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing engineering team that builds and operates payment APIs and services supporting credit cards, gift cards, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), fraud detection, reconciliation, and in-store payment integrations.

You will drive technical excellence, architecture, and execution in alignment with our domain-driven design and direct-to-consumer strategy. As an engineering leader, you will collaborate with product management, security, store teams, mobile app team, website teams, and external payment providers to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable payment solutions. You will lead a highly skilled team of software engineers in a “you build it, you run it” environment. Your primary responsibility will be to drive your team toward successful and efficient delivery of high-quality software, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll ensure the team is aligned with company goals, adheres to best engineering practices, and upholds robust DevOps principles, including designing, building, testing, deploying, and monitoring the applications and services they create.
