Formación

• 4+ years of backend development experience, ideally with GO.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Proven experience in microservices architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead multidisciplinary teams to power the platform.
• Implement reliability and performance improvements.
• Guide the team in backlog grooming and sprint releases.
• Collaborate across teams on solution design.
• Prepare weekly metrics reporting.

Solid understanding of REST APIs

Docker

CI/CD

Caching technologies like Redis

Experience with Event Streaming Platforms like Kafka

Familiarity with database engines like MySQL and PostgreSQL

Agile Methodologies

Service Monitoring tools (SignalFx or similar)
