Provides computer support services to plant operations / users.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support to users for systems and corporate applications.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).
• Develop and maintain scripts, applications, and automations to optimize internal processes.
• Participate in the analysis, development, and testing of internal applications.
• Collaborate on system integrations andoru API consumption.
• Monitor servers, applications, and services.
• Document code, technical processes, and system configurations.
• Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and new technology implementation projects.
• Comply with information security policies and development standards.

Requirements

• +6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).
• English Advanced

Desired Qualitications

Technical Skills – Systems

• Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).
• Backup, monitoring, and basic security concepts.

Technical Skills – Development

• Programming languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
• Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Basic development and consumption of REST APIs.
• Introductory web development knowledge (HTML, CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).
