A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Data Science Manager to drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to analyze large datasets using tools like R and Python. The ideal candidate will have a background in STEM, strong communication skills, and experience in data analysis. You will work from the Pfizer office in Mexico City 2-3 days per week.

As a Data Science Manager, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
In your day to day, you’ll be challenged to utilize advanced analytic techniques to address key business questions, provide valuable insights on performance and customer understanding to enable major decision-making for the North America commercial organization.
Successful candidates will be team-oriented, will demonstrate strong communication and consulting skills and will have hands-on experience working with and analyzing large datasets.

Work Location Assignment: Mexico City, must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.
