Objective of the Position

Attend to and resolve queries, complaints and claims from customers efficiently. Manage and track the order process, from receipt to delivery. Provide basic technical support and resolve technical issues related to products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily customer requirements,
• Detect variations in demand through Diamond analysis
• Generate the BOLs according to the quantities requested by the customers.
• Generate the virtual tags of the customers who require it.
• Guarantee the loads at the times established by the customers.
• Have effective communication with the customer in case of lack of material.
• Make the sales forecast
• Tracking empty equipment.
• Programming of units if required by customers.
• Track customer portals

• Interpretation of releases (daily and forecast)

• Manage the escalation system in case of any deviation
• Bachelor's degree, engineering or related career
