Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service to join our team in Mexico with the following mission:

Ensure excellence in service to internal and external customers by listening, understanding and solving their needs according to the established processes and strategies of each business unit to consolidate a relationship of trust through a proactive attitude of service focused on providing customers the service they expect more effectively and efficiently than the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance according to OTIF (On Time in Full), CCR CUSTOMER COMPLAINT RATE, TARGET OF MINIMUM OVERDUES.
  • Knowledge of various lines of business, direct interaction with different types of clients, learning international logistics.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Foreign Trade or Business Administration.
  • English, intermediate-advanced.
  • 2 years of work experience in similar positions.
