A leading automotive company in Xico is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance user experiences and build strong communities. The role involves managing digital channels, developing KOC networks, organizing offline events, and analyzing user data to support strategic decisions. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in user operations or community management, a background in automotive or event planning, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in user operations, community management or CRM.
• Background in automotive, creative agencies or event planning is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement strategies across digital platforms and offline activations.
• Manage brand-owned channels to activate and retain users.
• Develop Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) networks and drive word-of-mouth.
