• Proven experience in credit management, billing, or accounts receivable roles, preferably within logistics.
• Strong understanding of electronic invoicing systems including XML and PDF formats.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.

• Manage end-to-end electronic invoicing processes for CEVA Mexico entities.
• Collect and organize client documentation to support invoicing.
• Monitor and track outstanding invoices to support efficient collections.
