The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager by managing schedules, travel, and expenses while coordinating stakeholder visits, office operations, and corporate services. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of events, supplier management, and compliance with financial and operational processes.
