British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Service Analyst in Monterrey.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager by managing schedules, travel, and expenses while coordinating stakeholder visits, office operations, and corporate services. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of events, supplier management, and compliance with financial and operational processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Organize and oversee stakeholder visits, including transportation, catering, security protocols, and after-office reservations, delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate events by liaising with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of all logistical requirements.
  • Oversee company programs such as the car benefit scheme, supplier onboarding, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain adequate office supplies, coordinate document reception and distribution through the office lobby, and ensure efficient resource allocation across departments.
  • Monitor adherence to corporate standards in all administrative and operational processes, mitigating risks and promoting best practices.
