This role acts as a bridge between technical knowledge and learning experience, collaborating with trainers, operational leaders, and other departments to develop materials that address different learning styles and operational contexts.Design, develop, and manage training content to ensure that ambassadors can effectively perform their roles.

Guarantee the relevance, effectiveness, and accuracy of training materials, working closely with the training team and other key areas.Requirements1+ years of experience in education, design, and content development related fields.Bachelor's degree in education or related.Instructional Design Methodologies.Advanced English Level (UpperB2).

Articulate 360 / Rise 360 / Storyline or other authoring tools.Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Genially, or other multimedia tools.Job responsibilitiesManage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course assignments and tracking user progress.Periodically audit training materials to ensure their effectiveness, relevance, and accuracy.Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content in various formats : manuals, presentations, visual aids, videos, online courses, activities, and assessments.Create learning objects tailored to different learning styles and teaching techniques.Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors, and Managers to update or enhance existing materials.Work collaboratively with facilitators, team leaders, and operational agents to ensure the relevance of the content.Promptly escalte relevant situations that arise during training to Management or support teams (HR, WF, TA, Facilities).
