A leading children's entertainment company in Xico, Veracruz is seeking a Content & Community Lead to impact millions of users across Mexico. In this role, you will create and manage compelling content strategies, lead the social media community, and drive user research. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and community management. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.

You are a master of spoken and written words to help educate, excite, and promote our expansion in a rapidly changing wellness space.

Your skills are grounded as a writer but your impact on the customer experience goes way beyond words.

You possess a talent for transforming great ideas into engaging content and has a passion for storytelling and managing the digital channels (web, social media etc.).

We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.

What we are looking for in you
  • Content that is Discoverable, Findable, Usable, and Maintainable is your jam
  • Proficient in defining key messages to create accurate, organized, compelling, and approvable content assets across formats
  • Passion and know-how of the wellness industry and its respective targets
  • Knowledge of content strategy and UX best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study
  • Prior experience articulating content marketing strategies & community management of various digital channels (websites, social media, kiosks etc.) with a clear onus on users, data, buyer personas and channel affinity.
  • Experience working with brand marketing, marketing automation tools, content management systems, social media tools
  • Around 3-5 years of professional experience working in with Content Marketing, Community Management / Web Mastering and Content Writing.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English — you clearly articulate your recommendations and decisions, whether verbal or written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excels at time management
  • Excels in team-oriented environments; works best in a team
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and impact minded

(Experience with Copywriting in English is not a must, but is a plus)

What you can look forward to in the job
  • Own & create holistic modular content strategies accompanied by a detailed editorial calendar focused on hyper-personalized targeting that consists of awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy across all digital channels and medias
  • Manage and lead the Social Media community of _kinezis _including publications, user support and strategies connected to amplifying the community of _kinezis _.
  • Conduct competitive content reviews.
  • Audit existing content, including its overarching architecture and organization in the form of written, audio, visual, and other content types.
  • Drive and participate in user research activities and help find and articulate actionable user insights to guide content strategy.
  • Determine user needs by working backwards from FAQs, user research, and partnering with product owners to define personalized content types and messaging.
  • Compellingly communicate kinezis's story and design sensibility to envision and organize how content will be presented in online and offline formats.
  • Create digital asset meta documentation including URLs, SEO tags, OG tags, Alt tags, meta descriptions, and more.
  • Work with creative teams to specify visual assets, design, and content treatment, as well as ensure that user interface requirements are met.
  • Monitor, and interpret trends in multicultural and general market culture to identify commonalities and nuances of content consumption among our customer groups.
The Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Copywriting in English is not a must, but is a plus
  • Experience with analytics tools - Google Analytics etc.
  • Experience with content marketing tools - Hubspot, Hootsuite, Buffer etc.
  • Expertize in localization and the challenges of writing for a global audience.
  • Project management experience specifically with Agile & SAFe methods
  • Experience working in a creative agency, consulting capacity and / or startup is a plus.
  • Experience working within any of the strategic areas of Branding, UX Research, Product Design, Creative Design, Product Management, Consulting and SEO is a real plus.
