A prominent logistics company in Mexico City is looking for a skilled support team member to provide crisis response and deliver empathetic support to customers, merchants, and Dashers. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in customer support, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
