A leading financial infrastructure platform is seeking a transactional lawyer to join its commercial legal team in Mexico City. This role involves supporting negotiations with a focus on the Mexico and Brazil markets, advising on legal issues related to complex transactions, and working collaboratively across teams to enhance Stripe's legal infrastructure. Requirements include a JD degree, good standing in Mexico, and at least 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
