Senior Engineering Leader
We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software product engineering and delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on senior leadership experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive excellence in execution, process, and team performance.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will lead full lifecycle delivery of software products across multiple domains, ensuring velocity, quality, and scalability. This role is part of our global product engineering leadership, working closely with Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, QA, Data Science and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Software Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of software products across multiple domains, ensuring velocity, quality, and scalability.
- Support Platform Engineering on product strategy, release planning, and roadmap execution.
- Support Solutions Engineering and the Projects team to deliver client‑specific implementations.
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance in architecture, design patterns, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Promote engineering excellence through mentorship, tooling, and structured feedback loops.
- Drive adoption of AI tools including Azure AI Foundry, MS Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, AI‑based code review and test automation systems.
- Process Optimization & KPI‑Driven Execution
- Establish and refine agile delivery processes, sprint planning, and release cycles tailored to our product lines.
- Implement and monitor delivery KPIs across time tracking, source control, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment across QA, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure and IT teams to meet delivery goals.
- Talent Development & Leadership
- Build and scale high‑performing engineering teams through structured talent sourcing, onboarding, training and career pathing.
- Mentor Team Leads and developers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and technical excellence.
- Partner with HR and L&D to implement skills training and certifications, leadership development programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Operational Oversight
- Manage hybrid work policy compliance, office infrastructure, and team logistics.
- Coordinate with HR and ITS for onboarding, workspace readiness, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with global leadership and all function heads on planning and execution.
- Oversee local operational execution ensuring smooth delivery of HR administration, logistics, payroll processing, and general office services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and partners that provide administrative, facility, or infrastructure support.
Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering and delivery leadership, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in software product engineering, including architecture, design, and hands‑on coding.
- Strong command of modern tech stacks including Angular, TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps and cloud‑native environments.
- Experience leading AI product development, including agent design, training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and AI‑enhanced development workflows.
- Experience managing distributed teams and scaling delivery centers.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
