Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services utilizing Python and Golang
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless system integration
• Enhance backend system performance and scalability
• Identify and resolve backend technical issues
• Lead code review processes to ensure high-quality standards
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Contribute to architectural planning and technology decisions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python and Golang development (7+ years)
• Demonstrated leadership in backend development teams (7+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of backend architecture and API design
• Strong understanding of database systems and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skills
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2+)
