An international client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Mexicaltzingo, Estado de México. The candidate will be responsible for researching the consumer loans market, generating leads, negotiating with top-level managers, and preparing presentations. Knowledge of both Spanish and English is preferred, along with a willingness to travel up to 25%. The role offers the flexibility of remote work and a full-time contract.

Formación

  • Experience in business development in the financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our international client.

Responsibilities
  • Research consumer loans market in the mobile segment
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers — top-level managers at banks, MFC / NBFI, leasing companies, credit brokers and dealers
  • Prepare presentations and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate at the top-level
  • Prepare integration and technical schemes for presentation to the future clients (together with the technical team)
  • Prepare and sign contractual agreements with the partners
  • Create manuals and provide training for partners' employees (in sales, risk management and collection departments)
  • Control the integration of partners' IT teams and Z
  • Participate in testing
  • Launch sales with partners
  • Control sales performance, develop sales, increase product penetration
  • Perform accounting, develop partner relations, increase sales
