A leading global outsourcing firm is seeking a Bi-Lingual call center team lead in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The role involves monitoring agent performance, answering questions, and providing training and support to employees. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stress effectively. This position offers competitive pay at $7.94 an hour, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Formación

• Prior work experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to speak confidently and persuasively with customers.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills; knowledge of internet and e-mail preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to agents by answering questions and assisting with calls.
• Report any employee issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Monitor agent calls and provide quality assurance evaluations.
