A leading snack manufacturer in Monterrey is seeking a dedicated Maintenance professional to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems within the plant. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues and conducting preventive maintenance for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and familiarity with maintenance management systems, including SAP. Working knowledge of Studio 5000 and RSLogix 5000 is essential. Formación

• Must lead maintenance and repair of critical plant systems and equipment.
• Intermediate level of English required.
• Knowledge of Twimcat Beckhoff is desirable.

You will be accountablefor the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall lossprevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics.You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legalregulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capexmanagement &OPEX(M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master datamanagement, Service providers/ OEM-original equipment mfg. contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence,adherence to Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:delivering zero breakdowns viapreventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM(Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Losselimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
• Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams viaspecific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques
• Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order todeliver the company objectives, and goals.

• Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution ofAM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM -Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive thecommon opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellentcommunication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration andrelationship management skills.

Responsabilidades principales:

Será responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y sistemas de la planta durante su turno. Su rol incluye el diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos en tiempo real, el mantenimiento de los sistemas críticos, y la colaboración con otros equipos para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y garantizar la eficiencia operativa. Proporcionar soporte técnico y solucionar problemas en los equipos y sistemas de automatización durante su turno. Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en equipos eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos, asegurando el tiempo mínimo de inactividad. Monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas y equipos, realizando ajustes o intervenciones necesarias para mantener su óptimo funcionamiento. Coordinar con los equipos de mantenimiento y producción para priorizar las reparaciones urgentes y planificar las intervenciones programadas. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo según el plan establecido, asegurando que los equipos sigan funcionando de manera eficiente y segura. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad Documentar todas las actividades de mantenimiento y reparaciones en los sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (SAP) de la planta. Proporcionar informes al final de cada turno sobre el estado de los equipos, las intervenciones realizadas y cualquier recomendación para mejoras o seguimiento. Colaborar en la formación de operadores y técnicos en el manejo y mantenimiento de los equipos, cuando sea necesario. Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento y calibraciones de los equipos tras cada reparación o mantenimiento.

Requisitos:

• Carrera Universitaria en Ingeniería o afín.
• Conocimientos en los softwares: Studio 5000, Rslogix 5000 y Factory Talk View Machine edition
• Conocimiento en Twimcat Beckhoff (deseable)
• Conocimiento en SAP (deseable)
• Inglés: Intermedio
