Una empresa de juguetes busca un(a) Trade Marketing Assistant Manager para el canal Walmart en Veracruz. La persona será responsable de ejecutar estrategias de marca y asegurar el logro de objetivos comerciales. Se requiere una licenciatura en Marketing y más de 3 años de experiencia en Trade Marketing, además de habilidades en gestión de proyectos y colaboración en equipos. Formación

  • 3+ años de experiencia en Trade Marketing o Marketing al Consumidor.
  • Experiencia en gestión de campañas promocionales.
  • Nivel de inglés fluido.

The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager for the Walmart channel will be responsible for executing Hasbro’s brand strategies across all Walmart formats (Bodega and Supercenter), ensuring the achievement of business objectives and profitability. The role acts as the link between Marketing and Sales, leading the correct execution of internal and external initiatives that drive sell‑out, in‑store visibility, and market share growth, with a strong focus on efficiency and return on investment.

A Day in the life as a Trade Marketing Associate Manager
  • Execute the Trade Marketing Strategy to attain defined business objectives, ensuring that it meets both brand and customer expectations.
  • Identify necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction in a profitable way.
  • Lead the implementation of brand plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurements of the results via KPI measurement.
  • Monitor the implementation of the channel strategies ensuring the connection with brands and customers objectives and needs.
  • Tailor the materials and activation toolkits from the Marketing team for the customer and format requirements in the market.
  • Execute the trade promotional plan of top brands and top customers and increase brand visibility at POS (B&M and On‑line).
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing, preferably in FMCG or Toys categories.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing POS activations and promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Agencies).
  • Retail environment understanding.
  • Experience with agency management.
  • English fluent level.
