What will you do?

As a Senior Cash Performance Analyst for the Americas region, you will play a key role in supporting all cash management activities and strategic initiatives aimed at improving Free Cash Flow (FCF) performance. You will work extensively with finance, commercial, and operational teams across the Americas to analyze, report, and deliver insights on cash flow, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process enhancements. Your role will be heavily involved in transactional analysis, reporting, and project management for a range of cash-related activities.

How will you do it?
  • Lead and support monthly cash flow projections, transactional analyses, and actuals reviews to meet the region’s cash commitments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), past due Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory levels, and other cash flow KPIs.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy by identifying risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and following up on improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, interpret, and report data to support regional and corporate cash flow improvement initiatives.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to optimize cash flow performance and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for process and performance improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to cash management and compliance.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the Americas region.
  • Provide hands‑on support for the management of SPIF‑related activities, including data validation, reporting, transactional analysis, and project management.
  • Conduct Commercial SPIF calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives and incentive structures.
  • Partner with commercial and finance teams to integrate SPIF data into broader cash performance analysis and reporting.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, cash management, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of cash flow principles, operational drivers, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working effectively in cross‑functional teams, preferably within large or complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments and geographies.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
