A leading manufacturer in the aerospace sector based in Reynosa seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for electric propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in CAD software. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Hands-on experience with electrical motor manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical motors.
• Lead and support engineering projects from conception through production.
• Establish and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
