Come Addetto / a al Ricevimento, sarai la prima persona di contatto per i nostri ospiti, garantendo un’accoglienza calorosa e professionale. Gestirai il processo di check-in e check-out e fornirai assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno, assicurandoti che ogni richiesta sia soddisfatta in modo puntuale e cortese.

Responsabilità principali :

• Gestione del check-in e check-out dei clienti
• Fornire informazioni sui servizi offerti dalla struttura e sulle attrazioni locali
• Gestione delle prenotazioni e delle richieste speciali dei clienti
• Risoluzione di eventuali problemi o reclami in modo efficace
• Collaborare con il team per garantire un'esperienza fluida e soddisfacente per gli ospiti

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage the check-in and check-out process and provide assistance throughout the stay, ensuring that every request is met in a timely and courteous manner.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage guest check-in and check-out
• Provide information on the property's amenities and local attractions
• Manage guest reservations and special requests
• Resolve any issues or complaints effectively
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience

Qualifiche

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di addetto al ricevimento o in ambito alberghiero
• Conoscenza di software gestionali per prenotazioni (preferibile Opera o simili)
• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue sarà considerata un plus
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festività
• Previous experience in the role of receptionist or in the hotel sector
• Knowledge of management software for reservations (preferably Opera or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
