Account Manager – Italy (Full‑time). Locations: Italy. Reporting To: Head of Commercial. OTE: €85,000+. Bonus: Generous Unlimited Commission Scheme with no earnings threshold.
- Develop New Accounts – Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
- Manage Existing Accounts – Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long‑term supplier relationships.
- Secure & Manage Material Listings – Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
- Negotiate Price & Availability – Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.
- Uncapped Commission Scheme – Earn without limits.

- Global marketing support and lead generation.
- End‑to‑End Deal Management Support – Logistics, compliance, and documentation handled by our central team.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
- English as a second language.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and able to manage time independently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, or commodity trading is a plus (but not essential).
