Join EcoFlow to work with diverse professionals, face new challenges, and grow your career. We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time, remote position in Italy.

• Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
• Act as the technical expert in sales pitches and meetings, handling technical communication and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
• Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
• Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow products & services.
• Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
• Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (preferably electrical or electro-mechanical).
• At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.
• Proactive, independent worker with team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
• Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
• Passion for the industry and quick learner in a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
