TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our Aerospace & Defence team monitoring programs related to flight simulators.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, the ability to communicate technical information effectively with both clients and internal teams, and availability for business trips.

• Achieve project objectives;
• Expedite internal functions for monitoring and achieving program milestones;
• Support and contribute to logistics support activities;
• Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Manage relationships with key suppliers;
• Manage program orders and costs; Plan program activities;
• Support program performance analysis and periodic monitoring and control of costs and activity progress;
• Draft technical documentation related to performance and monitoring;

Define and manage program risks.

• Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools;
• Good communication skills and diplomacy;
• Excellent aptitude for teamwork;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Course of study : Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace engineering, management engineering
