● Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and have maximum retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions etc)
● Analyze show performance and do root cause analysis if there is a drop in listener-ship at any point of a show
● Manage the production schedule for new shows including overseeing recording sessions, aligning sound engineers and post-production
● Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows
● Working with the content and creation team to understand the content pipeline and accordingly planning the resources for the same
● Contribute fresh ideas to keep content exciting and innovative, including suggestions regarding
sound design, production process and final output
● Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
● Work with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category.with talent and talent reps.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and an ease with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds
What we’re looking for
● 8+ years related work experience in the field of TV, Content, audio production, programming
● Command over Italian (native) & English (fluent)
● Audio work background is a bonus
● Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with ideas for how to innovate and create hit shows
● Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills crafting world-class creative strategy and spearheading the execution
● Ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
● Comfort and experience with interacting with talent and talent reps
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and an ease with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds
Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote Working)
