What you’ll do:
- Build and execute a social growth strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube.
- Create and repurpose content with speed and discipline.
- Engineer virality while keeping the brand premium and credible.
- Use analytics to iterate fast and double down on what works.
- Align personal brand messaging with Ariete’s positioning (finance, Golden Visa, tech innovation, Italian excellence).
What you need:
- A proven track record of growing personal brands (not just corporate accounts).
- Ability to edit images and videos for social media sharing both long and short format.
- Fluency in English (Italian a plus).
- Obsessed with growth, culture, and storytelling.
- Ability to work at startup speed: launch, test, iterate.
