Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that engage listeners and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, extensions, etc.).
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for any drops in listenership at any point of a show.
3. Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and managing post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Collaborate with the content and creation teams to understand content pipeline needs and plan resources accordingly.
6. Contribute innovative ideas to keep content exciting, including sound design, production processes, and final output enhancements.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
8. Coordinate with Category Managers and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, working with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Audio work background is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills to craft and execute world-class creative strategies.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote work).

Language proficiency: English and Italian.
