Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to keep precise records.
Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service quality and share knowledge.
Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve service skills.
Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech-related context.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.
