Job Description Summary
Information Technology Manager - Demand Planning (Oracle), a key role within the DT Supply Chain team, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining Demand Management and Forecasting digital solutions in support of the value chain. This role will also serve as liaison between the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) Demand Planning/Forecasting team and DT, as well as, providing project management leadership, production support, and implementation of business process improvements through process definition, configuration changes, and enhancements of the company's core planning system: Oracle Demantra.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage Demand Planning and Forecasting applications (i.e., Oracle Demantra, Oracle SCP Cloud Demand Management, etc.) lifecycle, including vendor relationships.
* Manage relationships with internal Supply Chain partners to align vision, strategy, and tactical plans for improved performance.
* Identify process standardization and improvement opportunities and lead efforts to drive measurable value.
* Manage DT programs, projects, and agile initiatives, including cross-functional staff or external consultants. Collaborate with business functions to drive end-to-end system implementation or improvements (design, test, deploy & sustain).
* Work with AAJV leadership and business SMEs to identify data & analytics gaps; collaborate in the design, functional specification, testing, and rollout of reports and dashboards.
* Identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence to track progress and measure Supply Chain performance.
* Ensure application development aligns with company standards and meets compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible for sustaining DT applications.
* Collaborate with peers to deliver and sustain digital solutions. Follow and improve DT systems, processes, and procedures.
* Develop high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities for direct and indirect reports.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in business or Information Systems related fields (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience supporting Supply Chain applications in Digital Technology.
* Proven experience with Oracle Demantra or Oracle SCP Cloud: Demand Management or S&OP modules.
* Experience as a Digital Technology Business Analyst.
* Knowledge of Oracle EBS/ERP (Supply Chain Management) or ASCP is a plus.
* Experience in project management, ERP process analysis, and system configuration.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
Desired Characteristics:
* Extensive experience with Demand Planning and Forecasting processes and tools.
* Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain planning solutions.
* Certifications such as APICS or Six Sigma.
* Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of Change Management practices and product Lifecycle Management.
* Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access is advantageous.
* Ability to travel up to 10%.
Technical Skills:
* PL/SQL and SQL development (desired).
* Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture.
* Experience with Oracle ERP Integration capabilities.
* Understanding of Security architecture (responsibilities, privileges, hierarchy).
