We are looking for a Controller who will report to the Projects Controlling Manager and will be part of the Transmission Business Unit Finance team, based in Milan.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deployment and maintenance of the detailed projects’ budget in cooperation with the Project Managers
• Periodic Analysis and explanation of the financial performance of the projects (both P&L and Cash profile)
• Monthly updates of the projects’ budgets in view of the monthly financial closure and forecasting
• Coordinate the responses to the external auditors
• Support to the Project Managers in the preparation of variation orders requests to the customers
• Preparation of the invoices to the customers and check of the cash collections
• Coordination of the activities related to the monthly closure of the legal entity
  

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Economics, Accounting or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of SAP,in particular the modules FI/CO/PS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Ppt.)
• Proficiency English knowledge, both written and spoken
  

Experience and soft skills:

• 2-3 years as Business Controller, preferably within a project business company (EPCI) or experience in Audit Companies supporting Clients projects oriented
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details
• Flexibility and ability to work within a team, under pressure and with several deadlines
