D-Orbit is seeking a Head of Administration & Treasury to join our Finance & Control team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Administration & Treasury is responsible for overseeing all administrative and accounting operations across the Group, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient treasury management. This role includes group consolidation and supervision of administration and treasury processes for all legal entities, ensuring consistency and integration. It is a strategic position that supports business growth, operational stability, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Group Oversight: Supervise administrative and accounting activities for all legal entities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and company policies.
  • Group Consolidation: Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting for management and the Board.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities; ensure timely tax filings and statutory obligations.
  • Closing Processes: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Treasury Management: Supervise cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
  • Grants & Public Funding: Collaborate with the CFO to manage participation in national public grants and funding programs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Process Optimization: Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of administrative and treasury workflows.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop the administration team, fostering collaboration with FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and Business Units.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in administration/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Proven experience in group consolidation and managing multiple legal entities.
  • Expertise in treasury operations, cash management, and banking relationships.
  • Experience with public grants and funding programs.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and digital accounting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and ability to work cross‑functionally.
