A global mobility company based in Turin is seeking a Zone Manager for Sales in NSC Parts & Services. The successful candidate will ensure achievement of commercial targets by optimizing both sales actions and support to the Distrigo Hub. They will be responsible for analyzing KPIs, organizing meetings, and driving sales strategies in a dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications include strong sales orientation and proficiency in MS Excel, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers a permanent contract and operates in a hybrid model.

Mission

To ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell‑in and sell‑out actions, by the Distrigo Hub within their assigned area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managers
  • Monitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitor activities, etc.
  • Analyze the business KPIs of the Hub: Sell out by channel, product stock, profitability, etc.
  • Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy
  • Support Distrigo Hub in planning and executing the sell‑out actions needed to maximize Hub effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the NSC
  • Grant consistency between the sell‑in and the sell‑out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock
  • Negotiate with the Distrigo Hub the product sell‑in (e.g. product mix, commercial policy, sell in & out action)
  • Drive forward Sell Out Channel Authorized & Independent Repair & B2B
  • Monitor Quality KPI
  • Drive the Distrigo HUB forward in their Field Force and Call Center activity
  • Work with the Distrigo Hub in their operational marketing actions
  • Identify the Distrigo Hub needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to fully maximize market share.
