Your profile:
  • You are currently or have recently completed studying business, management, a technical field with a commercial orientation (or similar).
  • You are proficient in office tools and have gained first experiences with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (in Italian & English), attention to detail, and teamwork
  • You are interested to learn more about renewable energies and green techs for hybrid integration and smart grids
  • You enjoy contact with our customers and can convince with your strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • You are a team player and distinguish yourself by your careful and reliable way of working.

This position is planned for 20 - 30 hours per week and can be alongside your studies.

Your mission:
  • You will support the Senior sales managers in managing and updating CRM/ERP systems, analyzing data, and producing insightful reports.
  • You will assist the Senior sales managers in drafting and preparing both technical and commercial offers.
  • You will organize meetings, prepare presentations, and manage client files, providing essential administrative support.
  • By tracking project progress and following up with clients, you will ensure that deadlines are met, and projects remain on schedule.
  • You will support the Senior Sales managers in their marketing strategies, contributing to the execution of key initiatives.
  • You will manage existing Accounts, new requests and offers, under the supervision of Senior staff members, by ensuring the best possible outcome and customers satisfaction
  • You will facilitate the promotion of SaaS products as well as hardware solutions for our customers
