Description :

Workforce & Organization Transformation – Senior Consultant & Manager

We are looking for two brilliant candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice at Mercer for the Senior Consultant and Manager roles in our Milan or Rome office.

Our Transformation Practice supports our clients' People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
• Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.
• Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs.
• Contribute to large complex client projects, assist in sales, and execute project delivery in line with the strategic direction from the project manager.
• Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in person or remotely).
• Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics / Organization / Management Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional experience for the Senior Consultant and 5 years for the Manager in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implementation and coordination of development projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools.
• Italian and English proficiency.
