Remote Customer Service Opportunities Based in Greece

Location: Anywhere in Greece (including the islands) 100% Remote

Contract: Full-time Customer Service / Support Roles

About The Opportunity

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
What we are looking for
  • Fluency in Italian C2 level.
  • English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
