Influx Search is partnering with a pioneering wastewater technology software company to find a Wastewater Product Implementation Leader to work with clients across Italy and demonstrate the value of an innovative SaaS platform.

We’re now looking for a Wastewater Product Implementation Leader to join their Italian team - someone who can bring together technical wastewater expertise, data interpretation and strong customer engagement in one unique, mission-driven role.

Overview

This is a high-impact, customer-facing position where you’ll act as the subject matter expert supporting both clients and internal teams. You’ll translate raw data into actionable insights, lead technical discussions and play a key role in driving the success of deployments across Italy.

Expect to get hands-on with client projects, work directly with field engineers and analysts, and help shape how data is communicated, understood and actioned by water utilities.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the go-to wastewater SME for internal teams and clients
  • Analysing sensor and operational data to support executive business reviews (QBRs / EBRs)
  • Supporting project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
  • Working closely with CSMs, data scientists and implementation teams
  • Delivering insight-driven reporting that helps utilities make smarter decisions
  • Feeding client feedback into the product roadmap and technical strategy
  • Travelling ~30% to support field visits, customer onboarding and workshops
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in wastewater, utilities, or environmental engineering
  • Solid knowledge of WWTP processes and treatment systems
  • A degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across technical functions
  • Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical data for a range of audiences
  • Comfort working with Excel, dashboards, KPIs (Power BI a plus)
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and across teams
  • A passion for making a positive environmental impact
