• End‑to‑end project management from briefing to installation and budget control
• Coordinate with internal teams, retailers, and external partners
• Execute the regional VM strategy in the Italian market
• Oversee launches, activations, and event installations
• Manage reporting, cost control, and regional presentations

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design
• 3–5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising / Store Design within luxury (beauty a plus)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
