The role - your passion

• Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
• Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
• Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
• Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
• Recruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location.
• Fleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
• Customer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Successfully completed or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar – career changers are welcome.
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
• You are a hands‑on and effective communicator.
• You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized.
• You speak excellent English; on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently.
• Driver's license Class B.
