A global leader in rigid plastic packaging is seeking a Validation & Product Quality Manager to join the Quality team in Seriate, Italy. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards, providing advice on quality control, and supporting plants with daily quality activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in scientific subjects and good knowledge of ISO standards and plastic molding technologies. The position offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of ISO standards.
• Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM).
• Experience in Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Ensure quality control methods and procedures are updated for compliance.
• Advise internal stakeholders on quality control aspects.
• Support plants in daily activities and quality control.
• Implement and maintain the reporting system for quality.
• Track non-conformities and prepare quality performance reports.

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Validation & Product Quality Manager to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international, innovative, and fast‑paced environment where quality is at the core of everything we do.

What will you do?

• Responsable for ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements
• Provide advice on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
• Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities
• Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.
• Ensure that all internal and external non‑conformities are tracked in the Group’s Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants
• Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non‑conformities (CAPA Plan)
• Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspects

What are we looking for?
