Position Summary

You will be part of T-Hub South organization located in Assago (Nestlé HQ).

T-Hub South has the responsibility to deliver on time and efficiently our goods to our customers, its perimeter extends from Iberia to Greece, Italy included.

As part of the team, you will work on planning, optimizing, and assigning shipments in line with customer needs and internal stakeholders’ requests, supported by advanced tools and a collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to understand our supply chain network and contribute to its improvement, working closely with colleagues from other markets worldwide.

Within this team, you will act as the first point of contact for order creators and play a key role in transforming freight units into freight orders while respecting predefined constraints such as shipping schedules, requested delivery dates, and planning cutoff times. All freight order creation activities aim to build actionable and mode‑optimal transportation plans that ensure efficiency and reliability.

A Day in the Life of…

• Build actionable load plans for successful execution by warehousing and hauling service providers
• Perform load planning in a timely fashion- promptly generating visibility to planning exceptions as they arise
• Organize and consolidate seemingly disparate transportation demand into mode‑optimal freight orders given inputs from upstream supply chain partners, specifically targeting the manner in which vehicles can be further utilized

What will make you successful?

• Proven experience in transportation, export coordination, and supply chain (including order and shipment management)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both Italian and English; French and German are a plus
• Problem‑solving and a fact‑based mindset with a pragmatical and proactive approach
