What you´ll do
  • Lead the Trade Marketing and Category Management Team to craft local channels and customer strategies, ensuring consistency with the company's vision and key objectives.
  • Translate brand plans into compelling channel strategies by category, delivering annual Channel Plans.
  • Steer category and channel plans considering brand strategies, shopper insights, market data, channel dynamics, and customer objectives.
  • Define prioritization of investments among categories, initiatives, and channels.
  • Develop category promo strategies ensuring consistency across channels and subchannels, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Set promo initiative goals, define KPIs, track results, and derive learnings to inform future decisions and activities.
  • Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth.
  • Manage the consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion.
  • Manage the Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling, and people development.
  • Coordinate with the Application Engineering team to advance the company's strategic agenda focusing on consumer and customer centricity.
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing/Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in managing, developing, and coaching people.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
