About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Assistant (bachelor’s degree) to join our team at our Bergamo office, full-time. The candidate will support management in operational project management, coordinate activities and analyze data required for strategic decisions.

  • Support daily project management of the holding and portfolio companies.
  • Collect, organize and analyze economic‑financial and technical‑managerial data.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, operational activities and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize processes, information flows and organizational efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of new projects, expansion initiatives and preliminary investment evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and data analysis.
  • Research, market analysis and financial reporting skills to support strategic choice.
  • Organizational skills and excellent communication for effective collaboration with various teams and functions.
  • Proactive attitude, precision, ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks.
