In this role, you will manage ticket sales, assist in subscription campaigns, and support various ticketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and strong knowledge of ticketing systems, along with proficiency in English and Italian. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. This position offers a collaborative environment fostering growth and diversity.

Context and purpose

You will join Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano as part of the Ticketing Team, contributing to the management and development of ticketing activities and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the sale of subscriptions and match tickets
  • Assist with issuing and managing service passes
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of subscription campaigns
  • Manage ticket sales at the box office during matches
  • Support the development of match packages and ticketing initiatives
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis activities
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and projects within the Ticketing department
